What we are looking for : 

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and E-Commerce teams on a full time basis. Reporting to both the Head of Marketing and the Head of E-Commerce, this role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement and sales through strategic digital and social media initiatives. We’re looking for someone that has

- 3-5 years of experience in brand/digital marketing, social media or CRM. 

- Strong experience in digital advertising, including Google Platforms, Meta Manager, Pinterest, and affiliate marketing. 

- Experience in producing and editing lo-fi video content for IG Reels

- The ability to translate Jardan’s brand voice into digital content, driving community engagement

- Ability to track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics

- Strong copywriting skills across EDMs, social media, product descriptions and web content

- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, manage key stakeholders and collaborate effectively 

 

This role will be based onsite at our HQ in Scoresby.

 

What the role entails :  

- Manage social media channels - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest

- Develop and manage the Social Content Calendar, ensuring alignment with broader brand and Marketing strategies

- Manage all customer enquiries that come through via social media channels

- Brief digital assets for all relevant channels

- Oversee Google Platforms (Google Ads, Merchant Centre and Google Search) and paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest), briefing assets and working with agency partners to optimise performance

- Track and report on key performance metrics, using data insights to inform strategy and refine content for best ROI

- Present reporting findings weekly to Head of Marketing and Head of E-commerce

- Craft compelling copy for EDMs, social media, product descriptions, web content and SEO (where relevant)

- Execute and schedule email and SMS campaigns, conducting A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversion

- Collaborate and liaise with email marketing agency to ensure clean segmentation and relevant content 

- Manage CRM and email Marketing flows

- Identify growth opportunities, leveraging the latest digital trends and technologies to maximise ROI

- Plan and execute social-first campaigns that resonate with our audience and set Jardan apart.

- Integrate and work toward building new processes to maximise efficiency and clear communication

- Ensure compliance with digital advertising regulations

- Work collaboratively with Marketing, E-Commerce and Graphic Design team members

- Coordinate blog and journal content, ensuring engaging brand storytelling and product coverage

- Ad hoc duties when reasonably required
