What we are looking for :
We are seeking a part time Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics and Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics functions within the business including freight for internal and external clients.
This role would require availability across three full days, or the possibility of working the hours split across five days
What the role entails :
- Co-ordinate all deliveries and returns of goods nationally including completed orders, floorstock, loans and homewares according to Jardan requirements
- Assist with the delivery and return of all exported orders
- Co-ordinate freight queries and quotes
- Co-ordinate storage of goods onsite as well as with third party carriers
- Co-ordinate damage in transit reports and claims
- Communicate operational status of orders to sales teams
- Co-ordinate showroom shuffles in consultation with Showrooms and the Creative Studio Manager
- Co-ordinate stocktake with 3PL of floor stock and finished goods
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with 3PL, sales and operational teams
- Manage 3PL freight pricing in FM
- Adhoc administration duties
